2-14: Quick and Easy Tomato Salad is a Simply Delicious recipe that is aptly named for once! This tomato salad was quick and easy, just as advertised. 
This salad made a quick dinner on a hot summer night where I didn’t want to heat up the oven. 
Following the suggestions under “Good served with:“, I served some this salad with some toasted bread. 
The obligatory ingredient shot, missing the salt. I forget the salt a lot, it is a bad habit of mine. 
First step: Slice the tomatoes into super thin slices.
Second Step: Toss the capers and onions in with the tomatoes. 
Third and Fourth Step: Whisk up the dressing and pour on top of the salad. 
Make it rain dressing!
My final plating with some custom additions came over very nicely. Some toast slices, cut into quarters and a balsamic glaze drizzle worked to soak up the acidic flavor of the dressing and tomatoes. A dusting of smoked salt was a great finishing touch.
